The chick (not the older lady, the middle aged one) at the front desk acted so b1tchy there is no other way to put it.<br/><br/><br/>She shouldn't be any where near a customer reception desk, was so freakn rude &amp; this place use to be good about 6 years ago, its a lost cause &amp; the salty checkout chick isn't helping.
